PROCESSING TIME OF ORDERS:

Our time frame for Engraving and order processing is between 2 - 4 Business days. We do not make delivery or ship orders on public holidays or any other days except working and working days.

Please Note that there may be delay in shipment, and many factors can be responsible for that. For example, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.

SHIPPING RATES ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY:

Generally, shipping rates varies and are calculated based on the size of your product and your location.

We will not be responsible for any taxes or tariffs associated with shipping your order to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We also provide international shipping, so all our revered international customers can be rest assured that their needs will be met.

Please take note that International customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties once shipped.

ORDER TRACKING:

A Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
