REFUND POLICY

Return:

You can return the product within 30 days of purchase only. If you have purchased the item 30 days before and want to exchange or return it, unfortunately, we will be unable to process it.

To return or exchange an item, keep in mind that: 

  • Item is unused.
  • Item is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item should be in its original packing.
  • Item is not personalized except if you receive a damaged item or an item with incorrect personalization.

We need proof of purchase and evidence of an issue that can be a purchase receipt and a picture respectively to complete the return/exchange of the item you have purchased.

Refund (if applicable):

As soon as we have received your returned item, we will process your refund within a certain amount of days.

Automatic credit will be applied to your original method of payment, be it a credit card or any other transaction. You will receive the amount back in your account or credit card in a specific number of days as defined by your financial service provider.

Missing or Late Refunds (If Applicable):

If you don’t receive your refund within the time defined (Refund processing days) then go through the following steps.

  • Check your bank account again for the last time.
  • Check with your credit card service provider as sometimes there is a delay in an actual reflection of the amount against credit card after refund.
  • Check with your bank as it can take a few days to process the funds in your account.

Sale Item (If Applicable only):

It is important to keep in mind that our return and exchange policy is only for the items that are sold at regular price. Unfortunately, you cannot return or exchange any sale item.

Exchanges (if applicable only):

You can request a replacement of an item with a similar item only if you have received it with a defect or the item is damaged. An item that is neither damaged nor has any defect cannot be claimed for an exchange.

Following is the address where you need to mail your item that you want to return for a refund or exchange.

All the shipping cost for the product you want to return is your responsibility. We do not refund or facilitate any shipping costs. When we refund the cost of your purchased item, we deduct the shipping cost from that refund.

Based on your address for delivery, the time to deliver your exchanged product may vary accordingly.

As we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned products so please prefer to use a shipping service that allows you to track your delivery. You can also purchase shipping insurance if you are shipping an item of over $75.
